NECTEC partnered with MTEC launched a 'Digital X-ray Innovation' factory

NECTEC partnered with MTEC launched the first 'Digital X-ray Innovation' factory in Thailand. DentiiScan, a dental X-Ray machine, was innovated with affordable price. Furthermore, MobiiScan and BodiiRay elevated a sector of medical appliance in Thailand. 

Mini dental implant received the first prize of the National Innovation Award from NIA

Mini dental implant won the first prize of National Innovation Award (Socail Development) from the National Innovation Agency (NIA). Institute of Advanced Dental Sciences for Society (Chiangmai University) innovated 2.75-3.00 mm. dental implant, shortening recovery period from 3 months to 1 day then patient could use denture after the dental treatment.

The project of 'Delicious Rice'

Prof. Dr. Yongyuth Yuthavong, Deputy Prime Minister, Prof. (Special) DDS. High Lady Petchara Techakumput, Director of Dental Innovation Foundation Under Royal Patronage, together with Ministry of Public Health launched the project of 'Delicious Rice' on the auspicious occasion of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej's 84th Birthday Anniversary.

Ministry of Public Health 2 mega projects to celebrate King Rama IX's 84th Birthday Anniversary

Ministry of Public Health provided 40,000 sets of dental implant to senior citizen and disable people. Qualified people could have the dental treatment at hospital under the ministry authority. The second project was providing 'Delicious Rice' dental implant to 8,400 patients from 2012 to 2016 without charge.

Ministry of Public Health delivered 35,000 sets of dental implant to hospital under its under authority and donated 'Delicious Rice' dental implant to 8,400 patients in 200 hospitals in Thailand.


People highly interested in dental implant treatment of Department of Health 

Doctor Supan Srithamma, Former Director General of Department of Medical Serivce  revealed that 7,000 sets of dental implant was delivered and had been installed to 2,242 patients on the auspicious occasion of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej's 84th Birthday Anniversary and intended to cover every province in Thailand.
